Return Policy

  • Return Window: Products must be returned within 3 days of delivery.

  • Approval Required: All returns are subject to approval by Nelly's Hair & Beauty. Items will be inspected upon return. Only products that meet our return criteria will be accepted.

  • Condition of Item: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Items that appear used, tampered with, or damaged will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping Costs: All delivery-related expenses, including return shipping costs, are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.
